The Municipality of Biała Podlaska has signed an agreement with the Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Lublin to serve as the Operator of the "Clean Air" Program and to operate a consultation and information point. One of the Operator's responsibilities is to advise residents on the selection of companies providing services and materials for the implementation of the "Clean Air" Program.
