The Type C Community Social Welfare Center in Biała Podlaska always has a warm and family-like atmosphere. This was precisely the atmosphere in which the family picnic, held on July 25th, took place.
Mayor Michał Litwiniuk, thanking Ms. Katarzyna Świeczak and the director of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Biała Podlaska, Mr. Kamil Węgliński, for the invitation, emphasized that the Center is a place where participants can feel at home.
The residents prepared an engaging artistic program, and the event concluded with a barbecue.
